How to initiate a return:
Please email info@reconnectskincare.com and we will assist you.
Please return items in the box shipped to you (or a similar box) and please add appropriate packing material to help protect the product and help ensure the life of the product while in transit.
Please add your packing slip to the package.
Please allow up to 5 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives back to us. You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed.
Products got damaged in shipping?
If any of the products you purchased got damaged in shipping, please email info@reconnectskincare.com with a picture within 7 days of receiving the package, and we will assist you. Once the return is approved, please allow 10 days for the return to be processed.
We are unable to accept returns of sets or gift boxes.
